حفاظت از آثار تاریخی و هنری در سایۀ جنگ: تجربیات تاریخی نجات‌بخشی و رویکردهای نوین حفظ آثار

این پژوهش با بررسی تجربیات تاریخی و معاصر، به تحلیل چالش‌های حفاظت از میراث‌فرهنگی در دوران جنگ می‌پردازد. ابتدا با مرور بر موارد تاریخی مصادره، تخریب و غارت آثار در جنگ‌های جهانی و منازعات منطقه‌ای مانند جنگ جهانی دوم، جنگ ایران-عراق، بحران سوریه و جنگ اوکراین، نشان می‌دهد که میراث‌فرهنگی اغلب به‌عنوان ابزاری برای جنگ روانی و تضعیف هویت ملی مورد هدف قرار می‌گیرد؛ سپس، چارچوب‌های حقوقی بین‌المللی نظیر کنوانسیون ۱۹۵۴ لاهه و پروتکل‌های الحاقی آن‌را به‌عنوان پایه‌های قانونی حفاظت معرفی می‌کند. بخش اصلی پژوهش به تجربیات نجات‌بخشی در کشورهای روسیه، فرانسه، لهستان، سوریه، سوئد، ایران و اوکراین اختصاص دارد؛ از جمله عملیات تخلیۀ اضطراری، پنهان‌سازی آثار و استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین مانند دیجیتال‌سازی سه‌بُعدی، هوش مصنوعی، واقعیت مجازی و پروژه‌هایی هم‌چون SUCHO و Rekrei. هم‌چنین، دیدگاه‌های نظریه‌پردازانی مانند: «پیتر استون» و «برایان دنیلز» بر لزوم همکاری میان نهادهای میراثی، نظامی و بشردوستانه و حمایت از کارکنان فرهنگی تأکید می‌ورزد. درنهایت، پژوهش نتیجه می‌گیرد که حفاظت مؤثر آثار نیازمند برنامه‌ریزی پیشگیرانه، مستندسازی دیجیتال، حمایت مالی بین‌المللی و تقویت مقاومت فرهنگی جوامع است تا از نابودی حافظۀ جمعی و هویت ملت‌ها جلوگیری شود.
