نقد و طراحی محیط‌های چندفرهنگی مبتنی‌بر فناوری‌های تطبیقی و فضاهای گفت‌و‌گومحور

این پژوهش با هدف پاسخ به این پرسش محوری که چگونه می‌توان با ادغام فناوری‌های تطبیقی و اصول طراحی گفت‌و‌گومحور، محیط‌های چندفرهنگی را بازطراحی کرد تا هم‌زیستی و تعاملات بینافرهنگی تقویت شود؟ انجام شده است. مهم‌ترین ارزش افزوده این پژوهش نسبت به مطالعات پیشین، ارائه و آزمون تجربی «چارچوب یکپارچه معماری رابطه‌مند» است که سه رکن کلیدی فناوری‌های تطبیقی، فضاهای گفت‌و‌گومحور و رویکرد جهان‌محلی را نه به‌صورت نظری، بلکه در قالب شاخص‌های عملیاتی و کمّی‌شده (مانند ضریب تأثیر ۰.۶۹ برای فضاهای گفت‌و‌گومحور) با هم تلفیق می‌کند. روش تحقیق ترکیبی (کیفی-کمی) با تحلیل داده‌های کلان از شبکه‌های اجتماعی و تلفیق علوم اجتماعی و فنی به‌کار گرفته شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد فضاهای گفت‌و‌گومحور (با ضریب تأثیر ۰.۶۹) به دلیل طراحی غیرسلسله‌مراتبی، مشارکت فعال و فناوری‌های تعاملی (مانند واقعیت افزوده)، بیش‌ترین نقش را در افزایش رضایت کاربران ایفاء می‌کنند. فناوری‌های تطبیقی (میانگین رضایت ۴.۱ از ۵)مانند مصالح هوشمند و طراحی پارامتریک، انعطاف‌پذیری فضایی را بهبود بخشیدند. رویکرد جهان محلی با تلفیق نمادهای بومی و زبان جهانی معماری، به حفظ هویت‌های محلی و کاهش یکسان‌سازی فضایی کمک می‌کند. نمونه‌های موردی موفقیت این راهبردها را در تقویت تعاملات فرهنگی و بازتعریف هویت جمعی تأیید نمودند. نتیجه‌گیری نهایی نشان می‌دهد معماری رابطه‌مند، با ادغام این سه رکن، می‌تواند شکاف‌های فرهنگی را کاهش داده و هم‌زیستی جوامع چندفرهنگی را در عصر جهانی‌سازی تسهیل کند. این پژوهش با ارائه یک مدل عملیاتی و قابل ارزیابی برای طراحی چندفرهنگی و اثبات این مدل از طریق گردآوری و تلفیق داده‌های میدانی (پرسش‌نامه) و داده‌های کلان شبکه‌های اجتماعی،  به گسترش مرزهای دانش می‌پردازد.
