fa آسیاب کَهَک تهران؛ بازشناسی با تکیه بر اسناد تاریخی، تصویری و مطالعات میدانی <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;">آسیاب‌ها، بناهایی تاریخی با وجه عملکردی بوده که با پیشرفت صنایع، دیگر استفاده و رونق پیشین خود را ندارند. آسیاب کَهَک بنایی&nbsp;کم‌تر شناخته‌ شده از اوایل دورۀ قاجار است که در محلۀ مرزداران شهر تهران، به‌ عنوان شاهدی بر نحوۀ زیست دوره‌ای از تهران قدیم قرار گرفته و در حال حاضر در میان توسعه‌های&nbsp;شهر فراموش شده است. هدف این مطالعه، بازشناسی بنای&nbsp;آسیاب کَهَک از نظر تاریخی، عملکردی&nbsp;و معماری&nbsp;است. برای&nbsp;گردآوری&nbsp;اطلاعات لازم از روش کتابخانه‌ای&nbsp;و بررسی های&nbsp;میدانی&nbsp;بهره گرفته شده است. بر اساس یافته‌ها، آسیاب کَهَک به‌عنوان بخشی از مجموعه‌ای وسیع‌تر دارای نقش کلیدی در چرخۀ حیات روستای کَهَک بوده و امروزه با از بین رفتن بخش‌هایی از آن مجموعه، از جمله باغ و قطع ارتباط اجزاء با هم مثل عدم ارتباط آب قنات با آسیاب، هویت آن مخدوش و برای بازیابی این بنا باید به احیاء کل مجموعه و پیوند مجدد روابط از دست‌ رفته، پرداخت.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;"><span style="color:red;"></span></span></span><span dir="LTR"></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Water-mills, as ecological crafts, were not limited to the function of turning grain into flour but also brought about social relations, economic exchange, cultural contact, and people connection. The Kahak Water-Mill is an unknown building from the early Qajar period, located in the Marzdaran neighborhood of Tehran, as evidence of the lifestyle of ancient Tehran, Iran. Today, the development of Tehran has left the building abandoned, and the originality and integrity of the building have been damaged. This study&#39;s main purpose is to recognize the Kahak Water-Mill building in terms of history, function, and architecture. Literature reviews and field studies have been used to collect the necessary information.
