other مستندنگاری ﺧﺎنۀ قاجاری «قدیمی» ﺩﺭ شهرستان ﮔﺰ و ﺑﺮﺧﻮاﺭ و مطالعۀ تطبیقی تزئینات بنا با خانه‌های شاکری و همایی در اصفهان <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">معماری و بافت تاریخی شهرستان گز و برخوار، باوجود ارزش‌های نهفته در آن، همچنان ناشناخته باقیمانده است؛ یکی از خانه‌های تاریخی این منطقه، خانه منسوب به خانواده &laquo;قدیمی&raquo; است. به دلیل ‌توجه ناکافی سازمان میراث فرهنگی، ناتوانی صاحبان خانه در مرمت و نگهداری آن و هم‌چنین واقع شدن خانه در محدودۀ خیابان در طرح تفصیلی، همچون بسیاری از خانه‌های تاریخی شهرستان گز و برخوار، در آینده‌ای نزدیک تخریب خواهد شد. از این‌رو معرفی بنا و مطالعه تزئینات آن ضروری به نظر می‌رسد؛ بنابراین هدف مقاله حاضر به مستندنگاری خانۀ قدیمی و مقایسه تزیینات این خانه روستایی با نمونه‌های شهری مشابه -خانه همایی و خانه شاکری- در راستای شناخت دورۀ تاریخی آن اختصاص دارد. در این پژوهش از روش توصیفی- تاریخی استفاده‌شده است و رویکردی تطبیقی دارد. در این راستا از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی صورت گرفته در سطح بنا و هم‌چنین تکیه‌بر تاریخ شفاهی-خاطرات وراث- استفاده‌شده است. در ادامه با نگاهی دقیق‌تر دو فضای اصلی این بنا که به دلیل غنای تزئینات معماری، شاخصه این بنا هستند، به‌تفصیل تشریح شده و تزئینات آن‌ها معرفی می‌گردد. مهم‌ترین تزیینات این بنا شامل انواع گچ‌بری با نقوش گیاهی، آینه‌کاری، کاربرد شیشه‌رنگی در گچ و نقاشی می‌شود. با تطبیق تصاویری مشابه از تزئینات و پلان این خانه‌ها به نظر می‌رسد بخشی از خانه قدیمی که دارای تزئینات معماری غنی است و قدیمی‌ترین بخش خانه محسوب می‌شود، در دوره زمانی مشابه با خانه همایی و شاکری، یعنی دوره قاجار ساخته‌ شده است و بخش‌های دیگر خانه الحاقاتی است که در دوره‌های بعدی اضافه ‌شده‌اند. </span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">The architecture and historical context of Gaz and Borkhar counties, despite their hidden values, remain unknown; one of the historical houses of this region is the house belonging to the &quot;Ghadimi&quot; family. Due to insufficient attention of Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization of Iran, the inability of the owners to repair and maintain it, as well as the fact that the house is located on the street in the city hall&rsquo;s developping plan, like many historical houses in Gaz and Borkhar, it will be destroyed in the near future. Therefore, it seems necessary to introduce the building and study its decorations the purpose of this article is to document the Ghadimi house and compare the decorations of this rural house with similar urban examples - Homayi house and Shakeri house - in order to identify its historical period. In this research, descriptive-historical method and a comparative approach were used. In this regard, library and field studies have been done about the building as well as relying on oral history - memories of heirs. In the following, with a closer look, the two main spaces of this building, that due to the richness of their architectural decorations represent as the main characteristic of this building, are described in detail and their decorations are introduced. The most important decorations of this building include plastering with plant motifs, mirror work, application of stained glass in plaster and painting.
